Jessica Lowe

Jessica Lowe is the Director of Happy Healthy, Creator of the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club. She has over 6 years experience working as a Fitness Nutritionist and is super passionate about helping people find their version Happy & Healthy by achieving optimal health, happiness, and self-love!

Since Jessica first completed her studies in 2016, and launched the Happy Healthy business she has also done many other short courses based around gut health, stress and hormones and in 2020 also became a qualified Nero-linguistic practitioner to help her clients make lasting change. Knowing that when it comes to making change that our minds can be our biggest barrier, she offers both nutrition and mindset coaching with her mindful and caring approach. Jessica has built a strong reputation around helping people break free from diets and she is well known for helping woman achieve lasting fat loss by actually learning how to eat.

With time Jessica’s coaching style has developed into a deep love for coaching woman focusing on their relationship with food and overcoming common health issues like PCOS, infertility and eating disorders. Jess knows that everything starts with education and an improved mindset, and she finds it easy to help woman by simply sharing her own story, passion for nutrition and healthy cooking.

Jessica believes that good nutrition is going back to the basics and by eating wholefoods, enough protein, drinking plenty of water, a wide variety of vegetables and focusing on eating better rather than less so that you can truly thrive, learning the key to a balanced diet, enjoying delicious food every day without deprivation. This is exactly why she created the Nutrition Club to help more people with what to cook and eat!

It is also with Jessica’s 5-6 years’ experience coaching nutrition that she realises a lot of people struggle with mindset side of food and that even some people might know how to eat healthy they struggle with being able to make change that is why she now offers both NLP & Nutrition Coaching.

Zoe Cooper

Zoe Cooper is a clinical nutritionist who is passionate about educating people on how to best eat for their current health status and for long term prevention of chronic disease. Her focus is on creating personalized diet’s that can be maintained lifelong that are full of whole foods that a healthy and delicious.

Zoe has always had a passion for fitness and health, and through personal experience, discovered the powerful impact our diet has on our health. This passion took her down the path of nutrition, where she competed a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine at Endeavour College of Natural Health and she is currently completing a Certificate III IV in Fitness.

Zoe has a strong interest in plant-based nutrition, sports nutrition, mental health and environmental health. Zoe has personally been plant-based for four years (for her own personal reasons) and understand the complications that can occur with changing a diet that you are not fully educated on. Zoe grew up dancing which required training multiple times per week, this is when she started to understand appropriate nutrition for sports performance. Zoe noticed a dramatic change in her recovery and stamina through better nutrition. Zoe (like a lot of us) has gone through stages of high stress and low mood where the GP’s answers were medication and no lifestyle or dietary advice provided. It was not until I was studying that I understood how impactful nutrients and lifestyle habits (meditation, yoga, exercise) are for the function of our brain and our nervous system for mental stability. A new interest that is becoming a true passion is how impactful our decisions around what we eat have on our planet, making small, informed changes to your diet can have huge impact on the environment and your health!

As a clinical nutritionist Zoe will discuss your current health status and read pathology results to obtain a clinical understand to determine what is happening internally (now presenting as physical symptoms). During times of imbalance, specific diets are required to be tailor made to improve health and that is what Zoe specializes in. She can help you with:
