Cooking classes can be delivered for a small groups of 4 people or can be done for large groups of up to 30 people. The most popular cooking class ran by Jess from Happy Healthy is called, “How to meal prep to become a Happier & Healthier you!” This class teaches the basics of how to do healthy meal prep, as well as offering a nutrition seminar, recipe book with meal prep recipes and all participants get lunch or dinner cooked for them as part of the presentation.
